[cheesecake-dev] doc and docs

Replying to my own email....

Similarly the docstring at the top of cheesecake_index talks about testing 
for "examples" directory, but the actual test is only for "example".

PyBlosxom has neither--I only noticed while I was skimming the code to see 
what it was actually checking for.
